Using data, Harte Hanks discovered that direct mail customers within 30 miles of a Sony store have the highest purchase rate. The strategy was then to create a three-wave touch around driving that purchase. Our models predict which product the customer was most likely to buy and leverage digital print to create a veritable one-to-one marketing program in mail. My work on Sony includes:
