Completely managed by Harte Hanks, but branded for Hyundai, visitors opt-in to Hyundai.com with name, email address and car they’re interested in.
The agency then triggered an email that I designed with a purl, leading to a variable, personalized page with alternate modeled vehicles and the latest offer dynamically fed from Hyundai to show their local dealer. This increased their likelihood to purchase a car by leveraging data, understanding what a customer is giving us and changing their experience in a highly personal way, in real-time.
During our stint as their agency of record, I worked on individual vehicle lines that ran the spectrum from high- to low-end, baby boomers to Gen-X and created pieces including:
